The Plugin Woocommerce Attribute Stock lets you manage Stock on Attribute level.
The big pro for this is: you dont need to create a lot of variations. (faster site speed)
Unfortunately the plugin Attribute Swatches is not able to disable swatches when they are out of stock and managed by the attribute Plugin.
I need this so bad!
