Specific time picker

I would like the option of a specific time picker. Where the user picks the hour, the minute, and AM or PM The minute selection can be determined intervals (every 5 minutes, 15 minutes, etc..) I find this would simplify the checkout page and it would be less confusing than a user ordering something between 5-530 which could potentially make them wait at the restaurant for 30 minutes, or is you have 5 minute timeslots, the list would be very long.
