It’s time for another plugin update post here at Iconic. July was a productive month for us, and I have some solid updates to share.
As always, if you’d like to request future plugin updates and/or changes, you can submit a feature request.
Flux Checkout for WooCommerce updates
In July, we launched a big update to Flux Checkout for WooCommerce, which allows you to add cross-sells to any part of the checkout process.
You can add these per-product, or store-wide and customize their location and have them appear conditionally.
We posted a larger update post for this one, so if you want to see the update in detail, you can do so.
WooCommerce Delivery Slots updates
For WooCommerce Delivery Slots, we updated the delivery date/time reminder popup as part of our improved express checkout workflow. This will automatically appear when customers land on the thank you page.
This update should further reduce the chance that a customer doesn’t pick a delivery slot when placing an order.
We also resolved a couple of issues with compatibility with the new WooCommerce checkout block that were causing a pain for some customers.
WooThumbs for WooCommerce updates
Now for an update from WooThumbs.
This month, we’ve resolved issues with customers using non-Latin characters (e.g., Hebrew, Cyrillic, etc) or special keyboard characters in their attribute names/terms.
WooCommerce Product Configurator updates
Time for a much-needed quality update to WooCommerce Product Configurator.
We’ve been busy preparing updates for the next feature release in August, which will:
- Make background images optional.
- Add support for WEBP images.
- Make managing layers for products with many attributes a little easier with new expand/collapse all buttons.
Iconic Sales Booster for WooCommerce
Iconic Sales Booster for WooCommerce has had some compatibility updates this month to make sure it works well with the popular plugin WooCommerce Shipping & Tax.
