Some Of My Cross-sells Are Not Showing On The Product Page

If some of your cross-sells are not being displayed on the product page or in the pop-up after adding to the cart, here are a few things to check:

  1. The offers will not be displayed if the product being offered is already in the cart.
  2. The offers will only be displayed if the product is purchasable. I.e. in stock and available.
