How to Cancel Your Recurring Subscription
Canceling your subscription means when your current license expires (1 year from purchase), you will no longer receive automatic updates and priority support.
If you still wish to cancel your recurring yearly subscription, you can do so by following these steps:
- Login to your Iconic account here: https://my.iconicwp.com/
- If you can’t remember your password, all you’ll need to do is click the ‘Help, I can’t sign in’ link on the login page. Once clicked, you’ll be able to reset your password.
- Once you’ve logged in, click on the Subscriptions link in the left-hand sidebar. Here, you’ll see all your current Iconic plugin subscriptions.
- Click the Manage link on the right.
- The next page will give you some more details on your subscriptions, including an Auto Renew toggle button that you can click to turn off the automatic renewal of your plugin subscription.
