Prevent a specific date/time slot being selectable depending on what time and/or day it is during the week. e.g. I have a Wednesday cut-off for orders that will be delivered on a Friday and Saturday.

A option to set a live refresh interval on the deliveries/collections screen. E.g. the deliveries/collections screen refreshes after [X] seconds.
