Ability to mark delivery slots and holiday day as booked/unavailable in a WordPress admin calendartes

Make a delivery calendar in the admin area which allows you to mark particular days as holiday dates, and to mark specific delivery slots as unavailable. My client takes orders and makes delivery commitments over the phone and on social media, not just via WooCommerce, so having a central place to keep these organised would be a huge benefit – and make the plugin easier to use I think.
