If you didn’t enter a Tax/VAT number during checkout, then it’s entirely possible to do it afterwards. It is often important to have this number displayed on invoices you receive after a purchase.
I will use the Delivery Slots plugin as an example, but the process is the same for any Iconic plugin; just ensure you go to the right settings page. If you have multiple purchases from Iconic and use the same email, then you only need to do this for one plugin, as it will update your account globally.
- Navigate to WooCommerce > Delivery Slots (or the settings page of the plugin you bought).
- Click Manage Licence & Billing.
- On this page, you will see a Billing section. Click the Tax / VAT ID field.
- Enter your Tax / VAT ID.
- Click Update.
- Now when you click on any of the invoices in the Payments section, your Tax / VAT ID will be present.
