Hide Featured Image on WooCommerce Single Product Page

I’m sure you know by now how you can greatly improve your WooCommerce product imagery by using our WooThumbs – Awesome Product Imagery plugin. But did you know that you can also hide the featured image on the single product page for any product using WooThumbs? This can be very useful if you want to use the featured image throughout the catalog pages, but not have it visible when you click through to the product.

Really useful, thanks. How about if I want to show the featured image on all variable product variations (static) AND show a .png image for the individual variations when they’re clicked (eg. a photo in the centre for the static featured image and a .png image hollow in the centre but with a different frame on the outside for each variation – I sell framed photos)? Is this even possible? Thanks

Hi there, just to clarify, with your plugin and this snippet, can I do the following:

– Have three product images (one featured, two in product gallery)
– Display the featured image in the product archive view (where the list of products are)
– When click through to single product page, there are only two images displayed (all except the featured image)

Please let me know! Thanks!

Hi, Thanks for this – trying to make it work… When updating my functions.php file, with the code above (for “Remove Featured Image on Single Product Page for Specific Product IDs”)

I get this error:
syntax error, unexpected ‘ ‘ (T_STRING)

Any thoughts?

Thanks for supplying this code, I’ve been searching for ages! Is it possible to unset the featured image from the start of the gallery (like in the code above), but then re-add it to the end of the gallery? So it would show gallery images first, then the featured image? Thanks in advance for your help!
